When it comes to weddings, there's an important rule: don't steal the spotlight from the bride. However, Kim Kardashian chose an outfit for former assistant Stephanie Shepherd's wedding on June 24 that made sure all eyes were on her.
Kim, the founder of SKIMS, wore a stunning black dress by Alaïa. The dress had a daring design, with a revealing top that only had a small bandeau across her breasts and delicate neck straps to keep it in place. The skirt featured an open zigzag pattern, showing off her upper thighs and a glimpse of black leather underwear. This dress reminded us of when Kim's sister Kendall Jenner wore a similarly bold black dress with cut-outs to a wedding in November 2021.
While other guests at Stephanie's wedding opted for slightly more modest outfits, they still embraced their own stylish and eye-catching looks. Hailey Bieber wore a beautiful long-sleeved backless white gown that revealed a hint of sideboob, and Kris Jenner, Kim's mom, donned a stunning black dress with a plunging neckline.
Stephanie, the bride, tied the knot with Larry Jackson, the former Global Creative Director at Apple Music, in a star-studded ceremony in Beverly Hills. Larry recently launched a new music company called Gamma.
Stephanie started working as Kim's assistant in 2013 but eventually pursued other aspirations within Kim's companies, leading them to part ways amicably. Despite the changes, their friendship remained intact. Stephanie ventured into modeling and became a social media influencer. Kim later appointed her as the Chief Operating Officer of all Kardashian West Brands, which includes KKW Beauty and KKW Fragrances, but they eventually went their separate ways while still maintaining their friendship.
