Just a day after the clash between Kim and Kourtney Kardashian over the involvement of the renowned Italian tenor in both of their respective Italian weddings was aired on the latest episode of The Kardashians, Bocelli himself decided to weigh in on the matter.
Taking to his Instagram Story on Friday, he addressed Kim and Kourtney directly, expressing his gratitude for their admiration of his voice and assuring them that he will always be delighted to sing for them.
Bocelli even took the opportunity to mention his son, who is also a talented singer, channeling his inner momager.
In the recent episode of the reality series, streaming on Hulu, Kim insinuated that her older sister had copied her 2014 wedding to Kanye West in Florence by having Bocelli perform at Kourtney's wedding reception with Travis Barker in Portofino the previous year.
Kim vented her frustration in a confessional, questioning whether Kourtney copied her choice of getting married in Italy. She pointed out that both of their weddings had Bocelli as the performer and accused Kourtney of taking not only the country but also her wedding performer.
"Andrea Bocelli is my all-time favorite male singer. But now I'm the one copying her 'dolce vita' lifestyle?" Kim exclaimed.
